Innovative Module Design
The compact size of the PA53-MET minimizes required installation space. Interchangeable individual modules meet the needs of any application. You can select the appropriate optional accessories for your task: reflected light illuminators, transmitted light illuminators, XY stage, Z-axis, etc.
ILLUMINATION
All models come equipped with Full Köhler Illumination, based on a 100 Watt Halogen light source. The IL function memorizes the brightness for each objective position and replicates this setting when rotating the nosepiece.
MECHANICS
The coaxial coarse/fine adjustments in 1 micron minimum increment allows smooth movement in Z. The super precise rackless X/Y stage with its dual slide holder enables a fast throughput of samples. Butter smooth aperture diaphragms assure accurate Köhler illumination with every objective.
CONTRAST METHODS
The PA53 BIO FS6 microscopes offer maximum flexibility especially in case of Florescence. The high-power 3 channel LUMOS LED with its individual control of each excitation channel, in combination with the coded 6-fold filter cube turret, makes FISH/HER2 analysis of chromosomes easy.
Select from Brightfield, Phase Contrast, Fluorescence and Polarized light illumination. Plan Achromat Plan Fluor, S Plan Apo and Plan Apochromat lenses including 2x, 4x, 10x, 20x, 40x and 100x.
